RFW #114 Results

 Date: 10/18/2025

Location: RFW Arena in Atlanta, GA

The weather is getting colder but the action is starting to heat back up! I am Shawn Roberts, the voice of RFW, and happy to bring you all the details on the first show of our fall season.

Welcome to Rapid Fire Wrestling!

Mikey Armstrong and Preston Montgomery vs. Lords of Chaos

You know, I gotta say that I felt our Rapid Fire Festival could have been just a little bit better with Mikey Armstrong and Preston Montgomery around. They did a tour around some of the other OWA affiliates this summer so it sucked to be us but good for the OWA! The good news is that we’ve got them back and they opened this show in a tag team match against Lords of Chaos.

Lords of Chaos came off of a failed attempt to capture the RFW Tag Team Championship and were looking to regain their momentum here. Rex Anarchy and Ruslan Panov looked solid here throughout the match but I can’t slight Armstrong and Montgomery either as they worked well together to give Lords of Chaos a real challenge. Montgomery was in trouble late in this match but made a desperate tag to Armstrong. Armstrong came in hot and before long trapped Anarchy with an exploder suplex. One pin later and Armstrong and Montgomery snatched the win!

Big win for Mikey Armstrong and Preston Montgomery. The boys celebrated their win in the ring. Meanwhile, Lords of Chaos wasn’t looking too hot. Ruslan Panov was visibly frustrated as he and Rex Anarchy walked to the back.

Maria Estrella Returns

When the relationship went south between Maria Estrella and Jessie Vega, a heartbroken Estrella walked away from RFW. Estrella returned at the Rapid Fire Festival to spoil Vega’s opportunity to capture the World Championship and arrived live and in person here at the RFW Arena to explain what is next for her.

Estrella is angry right now, and on a mission! She admitted to wasting time and getting back on track.

“I gave Jessie my heart, put my own goals aside for her, and I got burned for that in return. I am the first RFW World Champion and I will be again. I promise you that! But first, I have to fix myself, and that... starts with you, Jess. I want you to show your face here at the RFW Arena, and soon, because I want to drive you so far into this mat that you don’t get up again. I’m going to make sure that the next time you go on one of your concert tours you perform in a wheelchair. I am a woman scorned, and that’s your fault, but I’m the one who is going to fix me and I’m going to fix it with unfiltered violence.” -Maria Estrella

Estrella slammed the microphone down as a final statement and her face said it all. She isn’t playing around. If I were Jessie Vega, I’d think twice about confronting her. Hell, I don’t think Iwant to cross paths with her and I didn’t even do anything!

Yurei Calls Her Shot

We left the ring to find Yurei lurking backstage in our darkened wrestling school facility in the back of the RFW Arena. We have light switches so I don’t get why she didn’t... right, the moodiness. Anyway, Yurei carefully brushed her hand over some of the equipment and then looked into a camera to let a certain someone know she’s thinking about them.

“Our future is in this room. The new kids. New blood, for me to spill! I want to be the one to welcome our future and I need to be World Champion to do that. Kassidy Fortune. You are the golden girl here but not for long. It’s time! Yurei! Become! Champion!” -Yurei

A student walked into the room at the absolutely worst time. The poor guy took a spin kick to the face from Yurei who laughed as she walked out! This was quite a statement to RFW’s upcoming talent and to our World Champion. We’ll need to wait until next week to hear Kassidy Fortune’s response.

Andre Jordan vs. Bill Stanton

It’s been a weird year for Andre Jordan starting as champ and now at what is inarguably the lowest point in his career. Jordan tried to turn that around at the start of this fall season in a match with RFW’s resident old school brawler, Bill Stanton.

Jordan was looking good here, at first, but Stanton just began pummeling him with forearms before taking this one out to the crowd where our rowdy audience enjoyed the up close view of an Andre Jordan beatin’! This one returned to the ring and give the guy credit but Jordan turned it around and pinned Stanton to win this one. It was ugly, but a win is a win.

Our very own Kimberly Kennedy met with Andre Jordan at ringside to congratulate him on his win and ask about his current mindset going into this season.

“Kimberly, I feel great! It’s been a rough road but I assure you I am back on track and ready to wear gold again. Oh, it’s happening! You can put money on Jordan. And, when the time is right, I’ll have my woman once again by side and we’ll forget this 2025 ever happened. You can put money on that, too!” -Andre Jordan

Ah. A very confident Andre Jordan, folks. I’m not sure that Lucia Mendez will “put money on that” but as far as being a champion again? I could see it.

Meghan DeWitt Wants Answers

The last time we saw Meghan DeWitt, she had her arm broken after being double crossed by Annika. DeWitt came to the RFW Arena looking for answers. The former RFW Wildheart Champion came to the ring with her arm still in a cast, not cleared to compete, but demanded Annika face her in the ring and explain why she attacked her.

Annika came to the ring and gave DeWitt one of the coldest stares I’ve ever seen before taking up a microphone and share her thoughts on what happened.

“You had the nerve to come to me looking for help in your fight with Yurei after what you did to me. You took advantage of me, two years ago almost to the day, to get yourself a leg up around here. Good for you. You became a champion. But then you lost it and suddenly you come back to me, saying you are sorry, and to help you out again? For what? To step on me again? To use me again? It’s been this way my whole life having to deal with people like you! I toughened up and I learned to defend myself. I let my guard down one time for you and you showed me why that is always a mistake. You wanted my help? Screw you!” -Annika

Wow. I knew Annika always kept her guard up but whatever is going on with her is heavy. DeWitt felt it and began to apologize. Annika would have none of it and began to attack DeWitt’s injured arm until Mia Mercury ran out and made the save for her friend.

The Four Elements, Whole

So who had Killer Malone joining The Four Elements on their Rapid Fire Festival BINGO card? I sure didn’t but that’s what happened. The Four Elements, Tommy V, Marcus, Shannon Worth, and Malone, came to the ring together to make their intentions known to RFW.

Marcus kicked this diatribe against RFW’s entire roster and didn’t apologize for what he said is simply The Four Elements doing what they want.

“We kept hearing about this ‘new era’ of Rapid Fire Wrestling. How cute. Well, I hate to break it to all of you back there but there’s no room for your era. This is The Four Elements Era now. It’s nothing personal against you, just that you don’t deserve it. Not until we say otherwise.” -Marcus

Tommy V had to chime in, too.

“We expect resistance because we aren’t idiots. But anyone who does resist will be the idiots because we aren’t playing around. We want this time, we’ve called our shot, and we’re strong enough to make sure we stand by what we say.” -Tommy V

Killer Malone was strangely quiet here but looked every bit the killer as his name suggests. Shannon Worth wasn’t quiet, though! She wrapped this thing up.

“I got together with the best tag team going and I made a call to someone who I knew would understand our vision. Now that we’re united, it’s time to get to work and nobody in the back is safe. Who’s first? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see. Welcome to the era of The Four Elements!” -Shannon Worth

We’ve seen some factions come and go in RFW over the years but I have to be straight up. This one looks to be a real problem. Welcome to the era of The Four Elements indeed.

Keira Ryan vs. Paisley Alden w/Cool Spencer

Keira Ryan made such an impression in her RFW appearances this year that she earned a permanent spot on the roster. Welcome aboard, Keira!

Ryan was in our main event against Paisley Alden who was accompanied by her partner and fellow Lost Causian, Cool Spencer. Conspicuous by his absence? Rus Samson. Relations are rocky right now in Lost Cause. Is hoping for this group of friends to make up a lost... cause...? I’m sorry. Let’s talk about the main event.

Ryan and Alden had a respectful handshake before locking up to kick this match off. Ryan performed at a high level throughout showing off an impressive offense that was technical, measured, and effective. I don’t think Alden gets enough credit for for her skills and she showed why she belonged in this match by turning things around as this match moved forward. Spencer cheered Alden on as she tried to spoil Ryan’s debut but a late match comeback from Ryan led her to a victory by pinfall.

Keira Ryan stood tall as the winner as Cool Spencer collected Paisley Alden and headed to the back. Kimberly Kennedy arrived at ringside to speak with Ryan who was excited to get going here in RFW.

“I worked hard to get here and I’m going to work harder to get to the top. Kimberly, I’m just getting started and I’m here to make an immediate impact here in RFW!” -Keira Ryan

Ryan’s interview was cut short by Phueng Ahunai who interrupted to correct her, reminding everyone that she is “The Next Generation” and Ryan had better get in line behind her. Ryan listened and nodded with interest before challenging Ahunai to a match next week.

And that’s where we leave off this week, Rapid Fire Fanatics! Thanks for checking in and be sure to come back next week for more action.
