Shawn Roberts, the voice of RFW here, and I am your guide to all things RFW.  Last week was a wild kick off to our fall season and something tells me this week is going to kick things up another notch. That’s the RFW way, isn’t it?  Rex Anarchy vs. Mikey Armstrong Our evening in Indianapolis began with Rex Anarchy taking on Mikey Armstrong in singles action. These guys are veterans at this point, both seeing their careers taking off in 2011 at NRWL, and their experience showed. This match was a hot opener with a lot of action and near falls for both men. Armstrong can be a goof sometimes but I’d never take anything away from his ring skills. He nearly got the better of the former champion with a pump handle slam but Anarchy managed to shift his weight and avoid the move. Armstrong tried to keep the momentum going but Anarchy made a big comeback and pinned him following a fisherman buster.  ...

I am Shawn Roberts, the original voice of RFW, and happy to be back to be your guide to the latest happenings in this great wrestling promotion.  We wrapped up a hot Rapid Fire Festival over the summer and now we begin our journey toward Final Round on December 14th. Are you ready for another wild ride? Good! Because here we go! Annika vs. Yurei We started this season with a hot match between Annika and Yurei. We know Annika has competed in MMA in recent years but we know little about Yurei. I tried to do homework on her. Yurei is a Japanese native but I can’t find any record of her competing in her home country. She has only competed in RFW as far as I can tell.  I don’t know where Yurei’s experience comes from but she put up a good fight against Annika.
